This girls' hostel of MES is the second home for those students who come from different parts of India and study in different colleges of various institutions. Saraswati Niwas, the girls' hostel, which houses 35 rooms was constructed in 2007. The hostel at present accommodates 141 girl students, and the demand for admission has been on an increase every year. The hostel provides modern facilities such as a study room, a recreation centre for indoor games, internet etc. Feasts and festivals such as Diwali, Ganapati, Navratra, and Christmas are celebrated.

On the campus of Garware College, stand two separate hostels for girl and boy students. Excellent lodging arrangements, cleanliness are salient features of the hostel. Various competitions, programmes, discussion sessions, excursions, Surya Namaskar coaching, medical examination etc. are organized every year for the inmates. Everyday all students from the hostel participate in the mass drill. The best boy student and the best girl student are awarded every year by the hostel.
