MES Mukunddas Lohia College of Engineering (MLCOE), established in year 2025 under Maharashtra Education Society (MES), offers graduate education in fields Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics & Telecom, and CSE (AI & ML). The institute focuses on industry-oriented training with strategic industry tie-ups to enhance practical learning and careeropportunities.

Student Innovation, Technical, Sports & Cultural Highlights (2025–26)

MES MLCOE organized the First Year B.Tech Induction Programme “प्रेरणम 2025” from 15–20 September 2025 under AICTE’s Lectures by Eminent People and Proficiency modules. Eminent speakers conducted sessions on engineering success, emerging technologies (AI, IoT, and fintech), and hands-on Prompt Engineering using AI tools.

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) was established in October 2025 and actively promotes innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and technical activities through the “Inspire” Technical Club. Students participated in SIH-based Hackathons, Avishkar-2025, IISF 2025, IIT Bombay TechFest, and the National Level Hackathon “Navonmesh 2026”, where 10 MES MLCOE teams qualified among the Top 64 out of 305 teams.

The institute also strengthened industry-academia collaboration through a Knowledge Sharing Forum with Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) and regularly engages students with NPTEL, SWAYAM, Virtual Labs, NDLI, Skill India, and Spoken Tutorial initiatives.

A 7-day Sports Tournament and Kalaaranya 2026 Cultural Fest encouraged holistic development, teamwork, creativity, and leadership among students, contributing significantly to their overall personality development.

Eligibility
Passed HSC (Std. 12th) or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as
compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical
Vocational subjects or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatic Practices or

• Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Entrepreneurship or Electronics and
  obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward Class categories or
  Economically Weaker Section or Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra
  State only) in the above subjects taken together and should have obtained non zero score in MHT-
  CET or JEE (Main)
