The IMCC set up in 1983 focuses on training in the management science. The IMCC conducts courses such as MCA, PGDBM, and DLT all affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The IMCC also runs a guidance centre to those appearing for NET/SET examination in Library and Information Science. An autonomous course, namely Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Library, Automation and Networking is conducted here. The institution also houses a research centre in Management Science. The institution enjoys in the list of its past students many who have made their mark in the merit list of the University, or have come into limelight at national and international level.

Established in 1967, it is one of the largest and single faculty commerce colleges in Pune. The College offers courses such as B.Com., M.Com., BBA, BBA (CA), BBA (IB). The College has also established the research centre (Ph.D.-Commerce), namely, Department of Research, Innovations and Consultancy (DRIC). An Entrepreneur Development Centre, a Placement Cell, a Commerce Lab are salient features of the College. The College provides facilities such as a computer lab, audio-visual aids, reading halls etc. The College is permanently affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University and has a rich tradition of meritorious students in academics and social fields. In the re-accreditation process, the College bagged the prestigious ‘A’ grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), scoring the appreciable grade points 3.45 out of 4. It is also the recipient of the Best College Award of Savitribai Phule Pune University. In the era of globalization of education, it is necessary to give global exposure to students. Considering the need of an hour, the College has taken initiative to provide overseas educational opportunities to the students in collaboration with Douglas College, Vancouver, Canada. Moreover, there is a presence of more than 65 international students from 11 countries on the College campus.
