Realizing the need of trained nurses, a Nursing College as well as a School of Nursing has been set up in Ghanekhunt. Besides, degree and diploma in nursing, permission for the post-graduate course leading to MSc (Nursing) has been granted. All the courses taught here are Government recognized. Keeping in view the development of rural areas as well as women and child welfare in Konkan, MES has started a centre for supplementary medical services. Currently, construction of a hostel is underway.

MES established Arts and Commerce Night College which is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, in 2012. MCA Programme accrediated by National Board of Accrediation (NBA)

The IMCC set up in 1983 focuses on training in the management science. The IMCC conducts courses such as MCA, PGDBM, and DLT all affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The IMCC also runs a guidance centre to those appearing for NET/SET examination in Library and Information Science. An autonomous course, namely Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Library, Automation and Networking is conducted here. The institution also houses a research centre in Management Science. The institution enjoys in the list of its past students many who have made their mark in the merit list of the University, or have come into limelight at national and international level.

Classrooms

Six classrooms having capacity of 60 each and four tutorial rooms having capacity of 30 each. All the classromms are equipped with DLP projectors for on-line teaching, seminars and presentations. One clas room equipped with colour TV & VCR.

Computer Lab

The high-tech Computer Centre comprises of 60 Core 2 Duo processor computers installed in one room. Other lab is equipped with 30 thin client terminals of Ncomputing L300. Computers in both the labs are connected to two high-end servers of Dell Power Edge T110 branded with 8GB DDR. Besides this 10 HP branded computers, three Dell branded and other six Laptops are available.

A separate research Laboratory with 5 High-end computing Machines are available for testing new hardware, software and research work.

Facility of internet internet with 2.5 mbps bandwidth, one cable with 2 mbps bandwidth and other cable with 10 mbps bandwidth is available.

Hostel

M.E.S's Hostel are one of the best managed hostels in Pune city. Independent Boy's Hostel and Girl's Hostel are located on Abasaheb Garware College Campus. Exclusive Ladies Hostel is located at M.E.Society's "Saraswati Bhavan" building on Paud road, Pune 411 038. Built-up area of the Hostel is 34950 sq. ft. Accommodation capacity of 158 Boys and 121 Girls. M.E.S. Hostel Facility is shared by Commerce College, Arts & Science College & I M C C.

Established in 1967, it is one of the largest and single faculty commerce colleges in Pune. The College offers courses such as B.Com., M.Com., BBA, BBA (CA), BBA (IB). The College has also established the research centre (Ph.D.-Commerce), namely, Department of Research, Innovations and Consultancy (DRIC). An Entrepreneur Development Centre, a Placement Cell, a Commerce Lab are salient features of the College. The College provides facilities such as a computer lab, audio-visual aids, reading halls etc. The College is permanently affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University and has a rich tradition of meritorious students in academics and social fields. In the re-accreditation process, the College bagged the prestigious ‘A’ grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), scoring the appreciable grade points 3.45 out of 4. It is also the recipient of the Best College Award of Savitribai Phule Pune University. In the era of globalization of education, it is necessary to give global exposure to students. The College comprises twenty three Departments of subjects from Arts and Science Streams. As in any other institutions of the MES, the College provides excellent laboratory facilities to the students of science stream. The College has Research Centres for disciplines such as Chemistry, Economics, Electronics, Environmental Sciences, Microbiology, and Physics. The College is the first in the country and the only one in Maharashtra which offers a post-graduate course in Biodiversity. The College is recipient of 'A' grade in the third round of evaluation by NAAC. The College has been granted the distinction of being The Best College by Savitribai Phule Pune University.

A grand book fair - The library organizes this book exhibition in the month of August every year. The various book publishers and vendors are called to participate in this book fair ensuring the new arrivals at the related subject areas.

Canteen

Spacious canteen which is open from 8:00a.m to 6:00p.m and caters to a wide variety of food items.

Hostel

Residential facilities for students (gents and ladies) are available in 3 hostel buildings:
Ladies hostel - Numbers of girls accommodated : 112
Gents’ Hostel - Numbers of students accommodated : 135
Internet and Wi-Fi facility: Internet facility is available in the college library. The hostel students can use this internet facility.
Facilities for medical emergencies: Dr. Mrs. Leena Bavdekar has been appointed as Honorary Medical Officer for the Hostel Students.
Library facility in the hostels: Students of the hostel have created their own library and currently there are more than 50 books available in this library. The hostel students can use the college library facility.
Recreational facility: Common room with audio-visual equipment, Television Sets, Indoor Games kits for Table Tennis, Carom and Chess.
Residential facility for the staff: Two residential quarters on the campus are occupied by the Rector and Assistant Rector.
Constant supply of safe drinking water: Three Water Filters-Coolers provide safe drinking water to all occupants.
Security: A total of seven CC TV Cameras are installed to monitor different areas of the buildings.
Other facilities: Hostel has a solar panel installed. So, hot water facility is available for students. Also, there are vermin-culture and biogas plants installed in the hostel. Biometrics is used to monitor the attendance of the hostelites.
