Registration and Application forms for the new academic year can be collected from the
School office in person on all working days from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Admission is open to students of all communities, irrespective of caste & creed.
Applying for admission does not imply admission. Admission is subject to eligibility of
student and availability of seats. Admission Committee decision is final.
Appear as required for your ward for the diagnostic test or personal observation and/or
interview.
Submit the duly filled in Registration form along with the necessary document.
Documents for submission at the time of admission:
1. Photo copy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by Municipal corporation or any
competent authority)
2. Photo copy of the student Aadhar Card.
3. Photo copy of the caste certificate (Issued by competent authority); original needs to be
shown for verification.
4. Photo copy of the report card of last assessment of the current academic year.
5. Transfer Certificate (Duly Countersigned by concerned authority) to be submitted after
the completion of the current academic year in the existing school. Date of submission
would be specified by the school.
6. Health Card (if any): It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the
school in writing, if the student is undergoing any medical treatment/medical ailment/
allergies etc… at the time of Registration.
7. On grant of admission, parent must complete the admission formalities by submitting
prescribed documents and payment of the school fee.
8. The student is required to fulfil the age criteria for grade admission is granted by the
admission committee.
9. In case of parent cancelling the admission, no paid fee will be refunded under any
circumstances.
10. Incomplete registration form or admission form will be rejected without assigning any
reason.
